Returns & Exchanges


You may return your IYA Australia pieces for exchange or full refund only, if the following requirements are met:

  • Items are returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • IYA Australia pieces must be in their original condition with all tags and hygiene seals attached.
  • Items must not have been worn, altered or washed.
  • Undergarments must be worn when trying on items.

Returns Procedure

Please note that the shipping cost incurred for returning the item for exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by IYA Australia. We recommend using a registered postal service, to return your IYA Australia pieces, as we will not be held accountable for the loss of your goods being returned.

When returning your goods please enclose your receipt and your goods for return, including packaging.

Processing Returns/Refunds

Please note, we try to process our returns as quickly as possible, but we do ask that you please allow approximately 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

If you are exchanging, we will send you your new pieces out and advise you with the tracking number. If you are refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay, and email you once complete.

Receiving Damaged Goods

Whilst we hope that this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have any fault present, please contact us immediately at [email protected], so we may assist you and advise how to proceed.
